Last Meal is a true crime anthology novel consisting of ten unique and compelling stories detailing the crimes and punishments of former Death Row inmates. The stories are all curated and narrated by Heinous Abe, a notoriously brutal, history-buff serial killer awaiting execution himself. Each individual’s chapter title is their last meal choice.

Each story of Last Meal is loosely based on a story that someone once told. No motive, crime, life circumstance, and story are entirely alike. Some cases may cause you to empathize with the murderer, while others might make you cringe on multiple levels. Others have elements of dark comedy sprinkled throughout that may make you laugh and question your morals simultaneously. Murder is a complex notion that we all view or cope with in our own ways, so read and react at your own risk. 

Will the last meal choices be predictors and insight into who these murderers are and what they did? Or do the criminals’ choices in cuisine have little correlation or relevance to their crimes? Stay tuned for detailed accounts of society’s psychological outliers.
